A challenging marketplace was driving this equity-backed business to attempt multiple high-risk projects to unlock revenue growth – whilst some of these were paying off, the majority were consuming resource and removing focus from the heartland business, which was suffering as a consequence.

We worked with the leadership team to create a clear set of focus projects prioritised according to their ease of delivery and short-term commercial impact. We then re-analysed the current marketplace data at a granular level and identified that there was still a great deal of business available. We uncovered opportunities worth c. £7m across lapsed and infrequent customers and developed a highly targeted sales and marketing attack to unlock these opportunities.
